Where the (pre-)love of management originated

Colleague Matthijs van de Hoek: ''I fell in love with this field because I get great satisfaction from helping people (see the end of Monthy Python's Meaning of Life). My father was always into electronics so I guess it was instilled in me.... I grew up with technology and that love has never left. The opportunities to learn and especially to solve problems and provide service gives me great satisfaction. The drive behind The Golden Path and to automate everything may have taken me a while to get used to, but I quickly saw the value in that''. Why we are still in love with smart monitoring

Why still in love with smart monitoring? ''Simple answer! You just never get tired of it,'' said Matthijs. ''Fellow Support Engineers involved in management can surely agree. Every day we solve another puzzle, allowing the customer and its end users to get on with their business. And why am I in love with smart monitoring? Because management can be different! That's how I experienced it at TeamValue. Here we work with the Azure Cloud, work scrum and give dashboards real value. The business understands what the numbers and graphs mean. Normally, you look at what 'alerts' go off from multiple environments and what lessons you can learn from them. At Bizure I am able to act proactively and be ahead of any issues. How do we do that? By biting into the latest techniques, applying cloud principles and combining them with AI solutions. The value of my work to clients?
