How it began
Anton, Xander and Anouchka started small, with a big dream: building a place where collaboration, transparency and real impact are central. In Zwolle, they laid the foundation stone for what has now become TeamValue. A team that works from trust and ownership every day. Inspired by the power of continuous learning and our own Golden Path, we help organizations become future-proof.
2014 / 2015
The beginning of TeamValue
Starting at the kitchen table with the three of us, TeamValue quickly became an office in Zwolle. From this base we grew further, driven by a shared dream to make real impact together with clients.
2016 /2017
Building a team
Our team grew bit by bit, with each new face reinforcing our shared mission. Everyone brought something unique to the table. Expertise, fresh ideas and the same passion for adding value. What started with a small core grew into a strong, cohesive team
2018 / 2019
5 years of TeamValue
For our 5th anniversary, we opted for something special: a helicopter flight! From the air we proudly looked back on our journey, from kitchen table to a strong team in Zwolle. A perfect moment to celebrate our growth together, literally and figuratively.
2020 / 2021
Team Building
Our team continued to grow, and in addition to hard work, we always made room for team building. Together we worked not only on valuable solutions, but also to build strong bonds among ourselves (Ohana). From sports outings to creative activities.
2022 / 2023
Three FD Gazelle's
For the third time in a row we received the FD Gazelle. A confirmation that our approach works! It is a great recognition for our team and for the impact we create together with our clients.
2024 / 2025
10 years of TeamValue
We celebrated our 10th anniversary in a big way: a great party with our customers and partners. But not only that, as icing on the cake we left with the whole team to Milan for a city trip. Wow, how cool was that!

Someday we'll be in New York
We have been around since 2014, but all together we have over 100+ years of experience working in the cloud. We started in the Netherlands, at the kitchen table in Zwolle. Someday we'll be in New York.
