TeamValue wins FD Gazellen Award for second year in a row
Last year we were already extremely proud of our team when we won a FD Gazellen Award for the first time. When we received the congratulations in our mailbox this week, we were amazed. For the second year in a row we can call ourselves FD Gazellen in the East region, in the category small.
The Financial Daily presents the awards annually to the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands, with the jury looking at growth in revenue, profitability and number of employees over the past three years. Thus, we grabbed the award with a 50th place in 2019. At which place we will end up is still a surprise.
In a period where many organizations are struggling due to COVID-19, you see that there is a need to adapt very quickly. Employees suddenly working from home, results that are not measurable, the cooperation or the real business transformation that still failed to materialize... Without data you cannot manage. And without effective steering no real business value.

2020 is our sixth anniversary year. We have been bridging the gap between business and IT for years and have a combined total of more than 100+ years of experience working in the cloud. In a manner of speaking, we are now 2-0 up, but the race is only just beginning in this constantly changing world. We have full confidence in the future. This year our vision to automate as much as possible suddenly became a must for many clients. Using the Rockefeller Scaling-up method we keep a grip on results and we are able to scale up quickly for ourselves and our clients with our Agile Gamification platform. In addition, our management department was given extra focus based on eXperienced Level Agreements.
We are proud of our team that we can celebrate this success with each other again this year.
