Microsoft is going to make a number of price changes for licenses effective March 1. It is now known which licenses are affected and what the exact impact will be. The change will go under the name New Commerce Experience (NCE). As a Cloud Solution Provider, we want to inform you about this. We also give you some initial advice and read more about the possibilities.

Price changes Microsoft licenses

A permanent price change has been announced for 6 products:

  • Microsoft 365 Business Basic
  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium
  • Microsoft 365 E3
  • Office 365 E1
  • Office 365 E3
  • Office 365 E5

Cloud Solution Provider - other licenses

In addition, for all other licenses and also for the 6 subscriptions already mentioned, you get a choice between monthly, annual or three-year commitment. All licenses are charged monthly, but the difference in commitment results in a difference in price.

  • If you choose an annual commitment, nothing changes in terms of price.
  • If you choose a monthly license, the price will be 20% higher than the current price.
  • There is also the choice of a three-year commitment. This price is the same as the one-year commitment.
