Lisa tells: graduating from TeamValue
Lisa performs a variety of tasks where she self-determines what she wants to learn, but is also challenged to grow further. She is currently a graduate intern at TeamValue and feels right at home there. You can read more about her experiences here!
Lisa works in the TeamValue office four days a week. In doing so, she considers which tasks need to be completed each day, which ensures that each day is different. One day she works on her graduation project, and the next day she carries out tasks related to office management and organizing outings. She gets the space to indicate where she wants to grow and what she likes to do: "Within the team I have different tasks with organizing and arranging things. So this is very varied, which I like."
Satisfied employees
During her graduate internship, Lisa is working on an employee satisfaction survey. During this research, she analyzes the current MTO and eventually works out a recommendation for it. "Within TeamValue no MTO has been held for a while, while they find satisfied employees super important. That's why it's really nice that we can combine it like this, where I can link it to my graduation project and TeamValue has new insight into satisfaction."
Motivational
The atmosphere within the team motivates Lisa to get the best out of herself within her internship. She says she ended up in a nice team, where the atmosphere is very friendly. There is also regular time for a joke: "just when I had just started at TeamValue, I was greeted by all kinds of gifs in the app group."
