Joey says: An internship where every day is different
Drafting agreements, managing policies and recording personnel data: these are all tasks Joey is involved in during his internship at TeamValue. Joey recently joined TeamValue as an intern, but is already right at home here. "I really like my internship at TeamValue so far! I have been welcomed with open arms and get a lot of freedom and trust here". This is his first internship which gives him the chance to learn many new things. This is also evident in his tasks within the team, as they are different every day. Joey's tasks range from drafting agreements to managing policies.
A bike plan for happy TeamMembers
In addition, one of his main assignments includes setting up a bike plan. "When I'm done, there will be a whole bike plan set up at TeamValue. In this, employees can lease a bicycle for business with a lot of benefit." This is an important assignment because it has to do with happy Team Members. Satisfied employees, according to Joey, are what keeps the organization running. So it is an assignment that is important for the entire organization.

No 'boring office job'
A boring office job? No way! Joey found out at TeamValue that working in an office doesn't just mean sitting behind a screen all day. He gets the chance to make many cool things happen and has a lot of fun in his internship. Joey says that his colleagues also play an important role in this: "I am always surprised at how helpful everyone at TeamValue is. If you ask a clear question, everyone shoots to your aid right away, superfine of course for someone new to the organization."
