We are sometimes asked how exactly. TeamValue, Bizure, TeamNow, The Golden Path and our solutions. Good news, we've put it all together for you in 1 overview! Red thread? The Golden Path. That is our agile way of working that we always apply. No matter what specialty we work in or what solution we are talking about. Ready for an enlightening look?

Two organizations, 1 family? How exactly is that?

We are the TeamValue Group. Bizure, part of the TeamValue Group, is an experienced Modern Service Management (MSM) organization specifically focused on the Microsoft Azure platform and all Microsoft Azure platform services. By proactively designing our management, we provide continuity to both IT and the business.

For MSM monitoring, Bizure uses TeamNow (a Microsoft Azure certified BI application - our agile management game), a service desk and online portal for reporting, tracking and logging questions, incidents and changes. Bizure works through an eXperience Level Agreement (XLA) of which Service Level Reporting is a part. By using the XLA, we make the customer experience of our services central.

TeamValue is the consulting and projects label within the group, focusing on Azure Cloud services, BI and Business Transformation. All from 1 family. Our Ohana.
