Onboarding - warm welcome to TeamValue

You can make the IT world as big as you want it to be, but for Franka, Agile Coach at TeamValue, the world is small enough. Franka's brother met Anouchka during a project at one of our customers. Together they came to the conclusion: we plan a meeting with Franka to see if she matches TeamValue's DNA!

IT is not only about technology, but also about people, the process and the end result. My first meeting with TeamValue felt good," says Franka. The most important thing for her was that she fit into the culture of the organization and that they work on a basis of trust. She experiences both at TeamValue. Where she focused on the individual and personal development in her previous job, at Agile Coaching she is more concerned with team performance. Both in terms of behavioural change, but also in terms of change management. During the summer (just after she was hired) she took a Scrum Master course and she looked for more in-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps and TeamNow to get off to the best possible start. For Franka, her onboarding was, in her own words, a warm bath and growing at TeamValue the standard.

Where will she be in a few years' time? Franka doesn't like fixed patterns, but she does like innovating and discovering, and getting a little better every day. What she does know for sure is that she wants to guide business transformations and also at a strategic level for several clients.

An 'old friend' of TeamValue is Glen. In 2017/2018 he did an internship with us as a Game Designer for TeamNow. We are delighted that he will be joining us again from February 2020. We may also welcome a new colleague, Azure Solution Consultant, in early 2020. We would like to introduce him to you soon.  

Zdravko did an internship with us in 2019 and he shared the following about his TeamValue time: ''My time at TeamValue was top notch. I couldn't have wished for a better internship place. Besides learning a lot, I was given freedom and responsibility, I was able to conduct a research project, work with two colleagues to get a new website up and running and I really got a taste of working in a Scrum and DevOps team. Working in this team feels professional, but also like family. Making coffee as an intern is certainly not part of it, everything you do at TeamValue has value.
